Cook Dal In Instant Pot. Let the seeds sizzle for few seconds. Add spices to the instant pot:

Add broth and deglaze the pot. Pop the lid on top, lock and set to manual/pressure cook for 5 minutes at high pressure. Place a pan over medium flame and add a few teaspoons of oil.

Set the instant pot to sauté. When the instant pot beeps, wait for natural pressure release. First turn the instant pot on saute mode on normal and add ghee.
After The Instant Pot Beeps, Let The Pressure Release Naturally For 5 Minutes, Then Release The Pressure Manually (5 Minute Npr).
